The Daily Occupier is an initiative of a newly-formed affinity group of citizen journalists who are also participants in the Occupy Wall Street movement. We stand at the intersection of the first and fourth amendments, speaking with individual voices and organizing ourselves within the consensus-based Occupy model.

Like all output from this movement, nothing written or published here can be taken to represent anyone besides the individuals or consensus-based groups directly involved. That said, we hope to provide internal context for other occupiers, and for the world at large.

We hope to expand this platform considerably and consider ourselves to be in a preliminary state as we publish our first projects and begin to route our independent content through this portal.
